Free Shipping Policy 

Free shipping only applies for any orders made to deliver within North America, and is offered only for standard shipping. The standard shipping estimate time is between 5-7 business days. No minimum order amount is needed. 

Shipping Outside North America

Shipping rates for standard and expedited are based off of your delivery location and your order size. Here are like estimates for International shipping delivery times: 

• Standard Shipping International: 8-15 business days 
• Expedited Shipping: 5-12 Business Days

Processing Times

On average it takes 1 day to process orders but may take up to 3 business days depending on the volume of orders we receive per day. We only process orders during the warehouse operation hours which are from Monday to Friday 10:00AM – 6:00PM EST (excluding major statutory holidays).  

A more accurate shipping delivery time will be calculated after checkout. Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be created and sent to your email that is provided at checkout. 

Shipping Returns

As mentioned in our DMC Return & Refunds Policy, our team can assist in the purchase of the return label for you, but you will be responsible to pay for the full purchase amount for the return label. If you would like to purchase the return label on your own, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

If any unforeseen delays are to occur during your order processing, we will notify you via the email address you’ve submitted with your order. If you have any issues or concerns when the product has already been processed and passed off to our shipping partner(s), please review your tracking number provided by our team and email [email protected] for further questions.
